We hope you love our House Arrest Goods and are committed to process orders quickly.
How do we ship?
We currently ship via USPS standard shipping. If you need expedited shipping, we will attempt to accommodate your request. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with “expedited shipping request” as your subject line.
When will I receive my package?
Most orders will ship out of our store within 1 to 2 business days.
During peak times, it may take a couple of days longer to ship but we work hard to ship your orders as soon as we can. You’ll receive email confirmation of shipping.
All orders are shipped from our Seattle or Austin location and shipping time will largely depend on your distance from us.
If you selected standard shipping, your order should arrive within 3-7 days after it leaves our location
To offer you the lowest price on shipping, we have standardized with USPS shipping and aren’t able to guarantee delivery timeline. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the USPS.
What are our returns policies?
We hope you love our House Arrest Goods and will work with you to quickly address any issues that might arise in shipping.
For health and safety reasons, food and perishable products are not returnable or exchangeable except in cases in which House Arrest Goods shipped the wrong item.
Returns are allowed within 30 days on non-edible/perishable items that are in new and unused condition with all of the original packaging. There will be no refund of shipping charges except in cases in which House Arrest Goods shipped the incorrect product.
If a product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping you will have the option to receive a replacement or a refund of the purchase price and shipping charges.
When we receive the returned items, a full refund will be issued in the form of payment that was used to make the original purchase.
